The steps below are the recommended order in which you should complete the client homework.

For Logo + Brand + Web Design Clients:

Start here:

Step 1: Client Creative Brief

Whatever package you’ve signed on with us,
we always start with a client creative brief to learn more about your company and business goals.

To access a general Client Creative Brief, click here.

Step 2: Pinterest Board

Once you’ve completed the creative brief, the next step is to complete the Secret Pinterest Board.
You should have received an email with an invite link to collaborate with us on Pinterest.
Feel free to email us at hello.tinyoakstudio@gmail.com, if you need any help locating that email or link.

Step 3: Strategy Session

Once you’ve completed the Client Creative Brief and the Secret Pinterest Board, you’ll book a time to have your one hour strategy session with us. In this meeting we will have a more in-depth discussion about your Brand attributes, your company, and your brand statement.
To Book a Meeting, please use this link: calendly.com/ccheng-designs or click here.
Client project meetings are best done on Mondays and Fridays.

Step 4: Content Collection

Step 4: Content Collection! This step is for Web Design Clients only. This can be done before your Strategy Session. In your welcome email, you should have received a few links to documents with prompts on what to potentially write about for your website. You may also click here to access a downloadable Content Collection Workbook in the form of a Word Document. Remember that your website will need visuals to help create a brand narrative for your organization. We recommend sourcing images that you want to go on your website before the start of the project.
Note: client is responsible for checking the copyright license for imagery used on website.
